Gail Perkins Barton is a former educator who has directed activities of Interlibrary Loan for 11 years. She was employed at Samford University near Birmingham, AL and while there, completed the MLIS at the University of AL. Gail is now the Interlibrary Loan Librarian and Collection Management Interim Head at the University of Memphis, a member of ASERL - Association of Southeastern Research Libraries. The robust activity of the ILL Office serves over 22,000 students, faculty, and staff with 3 full-time staff and student assistants.
